What is MVP?
The Magic Volunteer Program (MVP) is an internal volunteer program that provides opportunities for players, coaches, and staff to get involved with community initiatives and internal volunteer projects/events.

The goal of the Magic Volunteer Program (MVP) for the 2007-2008 season is to accumulate at least 4,000 volunteer hours by July 1, 2008.
What are the benefits to being apart of MVP?
Orlando Magic employees accumulate MVP hours for participating in any of the above mentioned opportunities. Every quarter, employees are recognized for their commitment and dedication to the Central Florida community. Based on the number of hours accumulated, employees are able to give a monetary donation to the non-profit charity of their choice.
