Nets Host Second Day of Draft Workouts

The Nets, in conjunction with the Rockets and Clippers, hosted a draft combine at the PNY Center in East Rutherford, N.J. Day Two featured 22 more players participating in two sessions in front of executives and coaches from all 30 NBA teams.

The NBA Social Media Awards are coming up (NBA TV, June 12, 8 p.m.) and you can vote the Brooklyn Nets to victory in two categories. Joe Johnson's double-overtime buzzer-beater against the Pistons went "For the Win," and BCTV host Alyonka Larionov earned an "OMG" as she prepared the Nets for An Evening of Russian Culture.

Johnson Brings Clutch Shooting to Brooklyn

During his first season in Brooklyn, shooting guard Joe Johnson scored several clutch baskets for the Nets, helping them earn a playoff berth to extend the team's inaugural season at Barclays Center. It marked Johnson's sixth consecutive trip to the postseason, following five with the Hawks, and eighth overall.
